Follow That Dream is niet alleen de titel van een van de 33 Elvis films, maar is ook de naam van een cd reeks die door de platenfirma van Elvis wordt uitgebracht. Op deze cd’s staan heel bijzondere opnames, zoals studio outtakes en nooit eerder uitgebrachte songs.
De cd’s zijn stuk voor stuk echte collector’s items. Als ze zijn uitverkocht, worden ze nooit meer in productie genomen.
